Ebm Erich Büchele Maschinenbau GmbH

Ebm was founded in a garage in 1987 by Erich Büchele, with the goal to produce quality, high value machines for tube end pipe forming at a competitive price. This was to fill a niche which existed at that time in Germany and abroad.

A favourable business climate and a constantly growing number of employees prompted, in 1988, the construction of the first factory building in Herbertshofen, Germany, and the company was incorporated.

With constant growth and successful sales in America, the US subsidiary, Ebm America, Inc. in Spartanburg, South Carolina and a nation wide sales network was established in 1993.

Ebm currently employs about 50 associates and maintains a position in the European and American market as a competent partner due to its extensive know-how and competitively priced large selection of equipment. All departments such as research and development, design, manufacturing, assembly and service are united within one company at Ebm.

We offer to our customers manually operated and automated standard machines, in addition to planning, custom design, construction and service of special machines to accommodate any custom requirement. All tooling is developed and produced at our plant.
With the cooperation of Schwarze-Robitec GmbH, a supplier of tube and pipe bending equipment, Ebm can offer complete installations of fully automated production lines.
